Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new opportunities with retail investors.
• Build partnerships and pitch P2P investment solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
•. Develop and execute funding strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage relationships with investors and Communicate with colleagues in other department from the company, prepare the set of documents for funding partners, including financial report, loan book, company policy, and other applicable documents;.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (able to read Financial statement and loan book)
• Fluent English, able to speak Chinese is a plus
• 3+ years in funding, banking, or business development (preferably FinTech).
• Strong knowledge of P2P lending and investor regulations.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Workplace in Tangerang area
