We are on the hunt for a full-time Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Malaysia! In this role, you won’t just be hitting sales targets—you will be the bridge that helps individuals understand their dating challenges and brings them closer to finding meaningful connections. If you love deep conversations, understanding human psychology, and driving revenue through consultative selling, we want you!
📑What You’ll Do
•Conduct face-to-face deep-dive consultations with clients to understand their personal backgrounds, relationship goals, and dating challenges.
•Present our premium matchmaking packages and services tailored to the client's needs, successfully turning prospects into members.
•Reach out to warm, company-provided leads who have already expressed interest in our services (No cold calling!).
•Handle necessary sales-related paperwork, database management, and administrative tasks to support your overall consultancy and sales efforts.

•You genuinely love meeting people from all walks of life and possess exceptional listening and communication skills.
•Strong interest or curiosity in human relationships, dating dynamics, and problem-solving.
•Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, hospitality, or customer-facing roles where you successfully closed deals and hit targets.
•Excellent spoken and written English (fluency in Malay or Mandarin is a huge plus to support our local demographic).
•Able to handle sensitive personal information with high confidentiality, emotional maturity, and professionalism.
