Role Description
• Serve as the main vocal point post-handover from the Sales team to maintain, nurture, and secure contract renewals for existing corporate accounts within the ISP and VSAT segments.
• Collaboratively monitor network SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance with technical teams (NOC/Engineers) to ensure optimal satisfaction for customers.
• Proactively identify early signs of churn risks, manage critical escalation complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to provide swift, tactical solutions.
• Identify opportunities within the existing client base for additional bandwidth, backup links, or value-added services to drive incremental revenue growth.
• Conduct routine courtesy visits and periodic performance reviews (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews) to discuss network performance and maintain strong ties with key decision-makers.
• Oversee post-sales administrative workflows, including tracking billing cycles and assisting in the resolution of any billing disputes collaborate with Finance
