Swing is a sports booking platform that helps players discover and book sports activities seamlessly. We are looking for a highly driven Relationship Manager to build strategic partnerships and drive marketing activations through communities, coaches, academies, venues, and other key stakeholders to accelerate Swing's growth.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with sports communities, coaches, academies, venues, and strategic partners.
Execute marketing activations through communities, events, tournaments, gatherings, and collaborations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between Swing and external partners.
Identify and develop partnership opportunities that drive user acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns and activations.
Manage partner relationships and foster long-term collaborations.
Conduct negotiations and follow-ups with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Represent Swing at events, tournaments, and community activities.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Relationship Management, Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with communities or managing partnerships is highly preferred.
Knowledge of golf and the golf ecosystem is highly desirable.
Prior experience selling sports-related products, memberships, or sports booking platforms is a strong advantage.
Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to attend events and community activities outside regular working hours when required.
Own transportation and a valid driver's license are a plus.
Available to join immediately (ASAP).
