Job Description :

• Bertanggung jawab dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan baru.

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap proses administrasi data karyawan.

• Support untuk bagian Learning & Development.

Requirements :

• Laki-laki atau Perempuan, usia maks 27 tahun

• Pendidikan Min S1 jurusan Psikologi / SDM

• Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun dibidang terkait

• Menguasai alat test, proses seleksi interview berikut assesment

• Menguasai MS Office, power point, software presentasi / visualisasi lainnya

• Kemampuan komunikasi, analisis dan kolaborasi yang baik

• Teliti, berorientasi pada detail

• Memiliki inisiatif dan semangat kerja yang tinggi

• Sehat jasmani & rohani
