Regulatory Staff (BPOM)
📍 Placement: Gading Serpong / BSD
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Regulatory Staff to handle product registration and regulatory compliance, particularly related to BPOM requirements.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
Manage product registration and renewal processes with BPOM
Prepare and submit required documentation for product approval
Ensure all products comply with Indonesian regulatory standards
Coordinate with internal departments regarding product specifications and supporting documents
Monitor updates on regulatory policies and ensure company compliance
Liaise with BPOM officers and other related authorities when necessary
Maintain proper documentation and regulatory records
✅ Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably handling BPOM registration
Strong understanding of BPOM regulations and procedures
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple submissions
Good communication skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is an advantage
Willing to work in Gading Serpong / BSD area
