Deskripsi pekerjaan Regulatory Research & Development (Food and Beverage Industry) PT Chari Makmur Indonesia
📍 Location: Mojolaban, Kabupaten Sukoharjo
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end regulatory process for product registration and compliance, including BPOM (MD/ML), Halal certification, and Food Safety documentation
- Ensure all products comply with Indonesian food safety and labeling regulations, as well as internal standards
- Prepare, submit, and maintain regulatory documentation and dossiers in accordance with government requirements
- Liaise with relevant government bodies (e.g., BPOM, LPPOM MUI, SNI, etc.) to facilitate timely approvals and renewals
- Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams (R&D, Quality, Marketing, etc.) throughout the product development lifecycle
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and proactively update internal teams on potential impacts
- Conduct internal audits and ensure the company is inspection-ready at all times
- Maintain up-to-date records and files related to product registrations and certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs in the food & beverage industry
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks (BPOM, Halal, Food Grade standards, etc.)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with government institutions and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple regulatory processes simultaneously
- Willing to relocate to Sukoharjo
