Requirement :
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 year of experience in Regulatory Affairs
Possess good knowledge of regulatory compliance and regulatory systems (BPOM and halal certification)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers, as well as negotiation and administrative skills.

Job Description :
Preparing and submitting product registration applications and special approvals for claims/ingredients to BPOM and Halal authorities.
Preparing and creating all necessary documents for export (CFS and other administration) and import (SKI).
Responsible for reviewing product labels, promotional materials, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance with BPOM regulatory requirements.
Communicating with regulatory authorities and acting as the main contact during the product registration process, inspections, audits, and interactions with regulatory bodies.
Leading halal certification, being part of the halal team and an internal halal auditor. Ensuring halal compliance for ingredients, processes, and products.
Maintaining timelines and following up on registration processes to align with the timeline.
Collecting and preparing data for BPOM and BPJPH inspections.
Maintaining the validity of NIE and reminding the PIC of renewals.
Documenting all food safety management system and halal management system documents.
