Qualification :
1. Understands export-import regulations & licensing (GACC, Pertek SDA / Natural Resources Technical Approval, warehousing/manufacturing permits, Bonded Zone/KITE/PLB, as well as restricted goods licenses such as SNI, BPOM, Quarantine/Barantin, Ministry of Trade)
2. Masters the end-to-end export-import process: documentation (PIB, PEB, B/L, Invoice, Packing List, COO), the INSW/Customs PDE system, import duty & tax calculations, through to customs clearance
3. Familiar with Incoterms and experienced coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers (PPJK)
4. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with work experience in export-import/customs [fill in as needed, e.g. 2 years]; experience at an international trading company is a plus
5. Proficient in Excel and fluent in active English (Mandarin is a plus); detail-oriented, used to multitasking and working under deadlines
Nice to Have
1. Has handled GACC registration for Indonesian exporters (especially food/agricultural/fishery products to China)
2. Familiar with the quarantine certification process (phytosanitary/health certificate) for exports to China
3. Experience at an international trading or freight forwarding company
4. Has a network/relationships with customs brokers (PPJK), forwarders, or related government agencies
