We are a rapidly growing Chinese beauty FMCG company expanding our business operations in Indonesia, and we are looking for a Regulatory & Halal Professional to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Halal Supervisor (Penyelia Halal) Certification.
- Possess a valid Pharmacist Certification/Professional Pharmacist Qualification.
- Have a good understanding of Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH) and halal certification requirements.
- Understand halal compliance, documentation, and implementation processes.
- Strong attention to detail with good administrative and documentation skills.
- Responsible, organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food & beverage, or related industries is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH).
- Ensure that materials, production processes, storage, and distribution comply with applicable halal requirements.
- Coordinate and support the halal certification and renewal process.
- Prepare, maintain, and ensure the completeness of halal-related documentation.
- Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of halal compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant external parties regarding halal certification and compliance.
- Ensure continuous compliance with applicable halal standards and regulations.
