We are #hiring Regulatory Affairs Coordinator (more than just a legal!)
📍 Location: Cipete, South Jakarta
🕒 Full WFO, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle company licensing and permits with relevant government institutions from submission to approval.
- Manage OSS, LKPM reporting, HAKI registration, Disnaker submissions, and other regulatory administration.
- Coordinate and follow up with government institutions and related parties.
- Monitor permit status, deadlines, renewals, and required documents.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date regulatory documents and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in licensing, regulatory administration, government relations, or similar roles.
- Comfortable dealing with government procedures and bureaucracy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work fully on-site in Cipete, South Jakarta.
