Pajakku, a pioneer in Indonesia’s digital tax landscape for over 21 years, is looking for a Regulation Authority to join our growing compliance and infrastructure team.
As an official PJAP (Application Service Provider) and long-time partner of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), Pajakku enables secure, efficient, and compliant digital tax services. Now we’re looking for someone to help ensure the validity and integrity of certificate issuance—the backbone of secure tax transactions.
What You’ll Do:
• Monitor customer service usage and ensure smooth operational support activities
• Handle support requests through designated communication channels
• Perform and manage Manual Verification (VM) and customer identity validation processes
• Investigate issues, determine priorities, and provide appropriate resolutions or escalations
• Maintain, test, and update the knowledge base (KB) and related operational documentation
• Monitor customer certificate renewal processes and ensure timely follow-up
• Escalate operational or technical issues to the relevant teams when necessary
• Prepare and submit operational activity reports on the following business day
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information in accordance with internal policies and applicable standards
• Be ready to travel to the Data Center when required
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, operational support, or customer-facing roles (Fresh Graduates with internship experience are welcome)
• Experience in handling customer verification or Know Your Customer (KYC) processes is a plus
• Familiarity with operational support workflows, issue handling, and escalation processes
• Experience or knowledge of ISO standards (27001, 9001, 20000-1) is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and applications
• Trustworthy individual with high integrity and no ongoing legal issues
