Pajakku is looking for a Registration Authority (RA) – KYC Specialist to play a critical role in safeguarding identity verification and ensuring compliance within Indonesia’s trusted digital tax ecosystem.
With over 21 years of experience and as an official PJAP (Application Service Provider) partnering with the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), Pajakku serves millions of users through secure and compliant digital platforms. As an RA – KYC Specialist, you will be at the frontline of digital trust—ensuring every registration and verification process meets regulatory and security standards.
Your Key Responsibilities?
- Conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and validation in accordance with regulatory and internal standards
- Reviewing and authenticating user documents and registration data
- Ensuring compliance with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and digital certificate requirements
- Identifying potential risks, discrepancies, or suspicious activities during verification processes
- Maintaining accurate documentation and audit-ready records
- Coordinating with internal compliance, security, and technical teams
- Supporting continuous improvement of verification and security procedures
What We’re Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Information Systems, Adm or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KYC, compliance, risk, banking, fintech, or digital verification processes (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome)
- Strong understanding of KYC principles and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with digital identity verification, PKI, or certification authority processes is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong integrity, confidentiality awareness, and professional ethics
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
