Deskripsi pekerjaan Regional Trainer (for Collection) - Sulawesi Home Credit Indonesia (Tangerang)
You will assist Training Manager to ensure all training preparation for Field Collector team are as planned in a good quality and time manner to achieve training effectiveness that impact to business result.
You responsible to:
- Ensure Training Curriculum for Field Collector team are implemented as per planned,
- Ensure Trainers updated and aligned with the knowledge especially if there are new product, process, andinformation.
- Assist Training Manager together other team to discuss field collection team skills gap, issues on field and training needs and propose learning or development initiatives for field team improvement action.
- Provide analysis to Training Manager related to New joiners report, Survey report, FGD report, Mentoring Report, and other reports.
- Being Collection representative in collaborative meeting with other team as HR, IT team, Compliance and others.
We are looking for:
- Minimum Bachelor degree any major.
- Experience in training area minimum 5 years, preferably in similar industry with leading team minimum 2 years.
- Experience in Training need analysis, training module development, team coaching and building.
- Having a good communication skill with also in English and presentation skill using various tools (eg. PPT, Canva, Cap Cut, etc.)
- Independent, collaborative and strong in leading team and others.
- Comfortable working in an agile and dynamic environment and open for frequent travel and work on field.
- Willing to work in Makassar or Manado Area and travelling around Indonesia Timur area.
