Regional Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics or related field
2. Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Regional Manager (experience in the Vape sector is a huge plus)
3. Strong leadership skills to manager field-based/remote teams
4. Good analytical skills and ability to interpret sales/data reports
5. Willing to travel frequently across East Java and Bali and do field visits
6. Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
7. English language profiency - intermediate/advanced

Job Responsibilities

1. Managing multiple store in East Java area include Bali to ensure achievement of sales targets and efficient operations
2. Overseeing store operations, including staff management, and inventory.
3. Provide two-way communication and maintain an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
