Deskripsi pekerjaan Regional Sales Manager Pt. Elina Prima Sejahtera

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any major
1-2 year minimum of exceptional work experience as RSM/Key Account/Sales in Personal Care Industry
Excellence skills in communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Have a solid knowledge in distribution operational system.
Willing to travel for business trips to the region assigned.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for business growth & achievement of sales objectives within targeted profitability at designated GT/MTI non-TOP area.
Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines at designated area.
Manage-develop and lead distributor team.
Build a strong relationship with distributor & stores affiliated.
Ensure distributor financial compliance-provide regular reports and market/competitors monitoring at designated area.
