We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help our brand expand into the offline market, especially through resellers, local beauty stores, cosmetic shops and other offline retail channels.
This role is suitable for someone who is strong in sales execution, has experience building offline distribution, and can open new markets from zero. You will be responsible for finding, approaching, closing, and maintaining offline partners to grow the brand’s sales outside of online marketplaces.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Offline Market Expansion
- Build and execute the offline sales strategy
- Identify potential resellers, distributors, beauty stores and local retail partners
- Open new offline sales channels and help the brand enter new areas
Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Approach and onboard new resellers, distributors and offline store partners
- Present the brand, product benefits, pricing, margin, and selling opportunities clearly
- Maintain strong relationships with existing offline partners
- Monitor sales performance from each reseller, store, or distributor
- Help partners increase repeat orders through product education, promotions, and sales support
Regional Sales Execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Create sales forecasts, reports, and market updates
- Track competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and market trends in the beauty industry
- Develop a clear system for reseller management, order flow, repeat order tracking, and sales reporting
- Provide feedback to management regarding product demand, market response, and channel opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development or offline channel development
- Experience in beauty, FMCG, personal care, or retail industry is preferred
- Strong network with resellers, local stores, distributors, or offline retail channels is a plus
- Proven ability to open new accounts and grow sales from offline channels
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing brand
