We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who is results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about developing new business opportunities. If you enjoy building long-term customer relationships, identifying market potential, and achieving sales targets in the heavy equipment industry, this role might be for you!
What You'll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You will identify fleet and retail sales opportunities, develop territory plans, and execute sales strategies to expand market share within your assigned region.
You will also conduct market mapping, monitor industry trends, and provide business insights to support customers in selecting the right solutions. In addition, you will prepare weekly sales pipeline reports, manage sales activities to achieve monthly targets, and work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate holds a minimum Diploma Degree and has 3–5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, preferably with a heavy equipment dealership or leasing company. A strong understanding of the regional market and customer landscape is essential.
You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Fluency in English is an advantage. We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and committed to delivering sales results.
