Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and training to enhance performance.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Monitor and report on sales target achievements, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management, preferably within the manufacturing industry in Java, Bali, NTT, and Kalimantan Market.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building customer relationships.
- In-depth understanding of effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work on-site in Dadap or Tangerang Area.
