We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of telecom equipment within our Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing telecom equipment projects, a deep understanding of FTTH network infrastructure, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of telecom equipment deployment projects, from planning and execution to completion and handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, configuration, and testing of telecom equipment, including OLTs, ONUs, and related network devices.
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues and challenges.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecom equipment deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Willing to be placed in the Manado area
- Minimum of 4 (Four) years of experience as a Project Manager in telecom equipment deployment projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing FTTH network deployment projects.
- Strong understanding of telecom equipment, including OLTs, ONUs, fiber optic cables, and network infrastructure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to telecom equipment deployment.
- PMP or related project management certification is a plus.
