Deskripsi pekerjaan Regional Product Marketing Sr.Manager/Director SwipeRx
- Lead and execute the go-to-market strategy for SwipeRx (community and marketplace) at the regional level
- Market SwipeRx to pharmacy professionals through initiatives such as events, research, content generation, loyalty programs, educational and promotional campaigns to ultimately increase our user base, user engagement and monetization.
- Manage the marketing budget for all marketing initiatives related to SwipeRx community and marketplace.
- Responsible for delivering the user/market insights, and customer acquisition and retention programs necessary to power SwipeRx continued growth in SEA.
- Responsible for designing a successful loyalty program for SwipeRx marketplace.
- Present senior management with compelling, results-driven business plans, complete with market assessments, product & service launch
- Select and manage partners and vendors. Together with our business development team, solicit, scope and negotiate partnerships with hardware vendors, and create and execute joint marketing plan
- Push the envelope on creating great experiences that can inspire and educate our pharmacy professionals across the SEA region and win with marketing campaigns/ product experiences. .
- Develop and execute customer-driven, locally oriented marketing strategies and programs that will increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact SwipeRx brand equity
- Design value proposition, messaging frameworks for products
- Embed voice of customers (clients and users) into the product
- Working with the Regional head of content (brand, content, portfolio marketing etc.) to support regional and local campaigns
- Work very closely with the Product team to design and implement marketing initiatives that are translated into SwipeRx app (i.e. introduction of new features, analytics, etc). Involved throughout the marketing cycle from end to end.
- Establish a strong cross-functional network to grow and scale impact opportunities.
- Build your team to enable you to hit your broad KPIs that encompass all of our apps.
- Define and track SMART objectives for each team member, regular 1-1 and performance assessment carried out in exemplary fashion
- Bring the best out of each graphic designer while ensuring high productivity of the team
- Career pathing of team members, using feedback and praise to focus on their strengths
- Lead by example, set the bar in terms of work ethics, integrity, attitude and output
- Build a clear and compelling brand for SwipeRx across markets
- SwipeRx community: Increase monthly active users, increase engagement and increase monetization behind the community
- SwipeRx marketplace: acquire new users, increase monthly active users, increase number and value of transactions
- Minimum 7 years of people management
- Has a strategic and analytical approach to marketing. Looking at the market place and dynamics first to assess opportunity and make the appropriate strategic investments while maintaining the short-term delivery of leads
- Metrics/ROI focused and knows how to generate leads & track to closed loop.
- Understands product, sales & marketing integration.
- Clear understanding of how to position a product within a competitive market.
- Clear understanding of the marketing mix and how to build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Has implemented integrated marketing strategies and produced the associated marketing programs & materials with proven results.
- Although not a technician, the candidate will be able to appreciate and understand the technical issues on products and technologies.
- Understanding of key marketing channels: social media, CRM, email marketing, partnerships, and performance marketing
- Solid soft skills: coaching, teamwork, negotiation, interpersonal communication skills, etc.
- Have first class presentation, communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success.
- Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment.
- Be hands-on supporting the team to deliver to success
