Regional operation manager responsibilities:
Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting

Regional Manager Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a
similar field is preferred.
7+ years of sales, management, and leadership experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding CRM and supply chain
management and project management tools.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
