The Regional Operations Intern role is part of the Pinhome Home Service Team, where you'll be directly involved in the daily operations of the business. This internship offers hands-on experience in understanding how operational processes and to collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners.
What You Will Do
- Assist in coordinating daily operations
- Support field operations by monitoring service quality, scheduling, and issue resolution
- Update and monitor operational dashboards and spreadsheets
- Support communication with business partners and service providers and vendors
- Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and documentation for service providers.
- Help track compliance and SOP adherence
- Prepare operational documents, SOP drafts, memos, and meeting minutes
- Support procurement activities for operational tools when needed
- Assist in quality audits and improvement initiatives.

The Regional Team focuses on ensuring the effective delivery of Pinhomes services within their respective cities or regions. The responsibilities include supporting on managing service providers operations with the goal of helping more people solve common home service related problems.
Interning with this team will give you the opportunity to learn firsthand how a digital service operates, coordinate with multiple parties, and understand the operational dynamics in the field. You'll be supported by a dedicated team, allowing you to develop your professional skills while making a real impact on users.
