Deskripsi pekerjaan Regional Government Relations & Tenders Manager BLS INTERNATIONAL
We are seeking a skilled Regional Government Relations & Tenders Manager. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing opportunities through government tenders, RFPs, and formal bidding processes. You will also be responsible to proactively identify key stakeholders, contacts and institutional decision makers in the Government and present BLS offerings for upcoming opportunities. The role will require to proactively look for potential partners to bid or service the contract jointly. Your expertise will ensure the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals that increase our win rate and expand our portfolio of government contracts worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience liaising with government entities, with a deep understanding of Government intricacies to formulate winning bid strategies is MANDATORY.
- Proactively identify, track, and assess regional government tender opportunities across relevant platforms and publications.
- Lead the end-to-end bid process, from initial PQQ/RFI through to final submission and post-bid clarification.
- Coordinate with central and regional cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance, delivery) to develop winning proposal strategies, compelling value propositions, and comprehensive bid responses.
- Ensure strict compliance with all solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, and procurement regulations specific to each opportunity.
- Analyse bid outcomes to derive lessons learned and continuously improve processes, templates, and win strategies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders of Government entities.
