Regional Brand Partnerships Manager (Fashion & Lifestyle)
Jakarta (Hybrid) | Frequent Travel to Singapore & Malaysia
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
- Develop partnerships with retailers, concept stores, marketplaces, event organizers and media partners.
- Introduce Beyond Borders' market entry, inventory management and fulfilment solutions.
- Identify new opportunities for brand expansion across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and partnership plans.
- Represent Beyond Borders at meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
- Work closely with the leadership team to drive business growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Brand Management or related roles.
- Strong network within the fashion, beauty, lifestyle or retail industry.
- Experience working with brands, retailers, distributors, marketplaces or event organizers.
- Good understanding of the retail landscape in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to travel regularly within the region.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fashion retail or consumer brands.
- Existing relationships with media, retail buyers or event organizers.
- Exposure to inventory management, fulfilment or e-commerce solutions.
- Experience working in a regional role.
