ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Regional Branch Manager to lead 120+ F&B outlets across an assigned region. This role is built for candidates who have been tested leading in complex, high-pressure, and fast-moving environments.
POSITION DETAILS:
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Indonesia (Region to be determined)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Business Targets & Performance
• Drive consistent achievement of revenue targets across all stores in the region
• Monitor service levels across all outlets and ensure compliance with service standards
• Ensure all store operations align with established quality and operational standards
• Design and execute concrete strategies and initiatives to hit revenue targets, elevate service levels, and improve operational quality
B. Strengthening Operational Fundamentals
• Identify gaps between SOPs and field practices, and drive systemic improvements
• Manage the outlet portfolio holistically: determine which stores to scale, optimize, or restructure
• Design regional brand positioning strategy based on competitive mapping and local consumer trends
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and HR to ensure operational readiness
C. Business Analysis (Financial & Non-Financial)
• Independently read and evaluate Profit & Loss per outlet — identify root causes and solutions
• Analyze unit economics: food cost %, labor cost %, EBITDA, and per-store profitability
• Lead feasibility analysis and due diligence for new store openings
• Monitor non-financial metrics: customer satisfaction scores, table turnover rate, staff retention, kitchen throughput
• Prepare regional performance reports and present findings to senior management (BOD)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience & Background
• Minimum 5–8 years in the F&B industry, with at least 3 years in a multi-outlet or area management role
• Proven track record managing 3–5+ outlets simultaneously
• Direct involvement in new store evaluation or development
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
