· Provides quality leadership for Lapis-lapis internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Lapis-lapis Values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others
· Daily check for outlet special needs
· Create and manage sales counter schedule
· Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas for Lapis-lapis products as they are sold into all customer segments within Region. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to Lapis-lapis customer
· Conduct training and mentoring to implementing culture setting for staff
· Implement company regulation and procedure
· Maintain corresponding and relation with landlord ( leasing company)
· Conduct spot check on outlet daily inventory
· Ensuring proper use of equipment including outlet facade
· Communicating with outlet leader for new product or new promotion
· D3 in management degree or equivalent
· Have driving license and personal accommodation
· Ability to travel as required by role (up to 75% of the time).
· Good in communication skill
· Understand and know how to operate computer system including Microsoft office system and email system
· Minimum 1 year experience in the field
