DYM Medical Clinic is looking for a skilled and service-oriented Refractionist Optician to join our team on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vision screening and refraction tests accurately and efficiently
• Assist patients in understanding examination procedures and guide them throughout the process
• Record and report vision test results in accordance with clinic protocols
• Support the team during peak patient volume and onsite medical check-up (MCU) activities
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the vision testing area
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care

Requirements:

• Certified Refractionist or graduate of an Optometry/Optical Program
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to support onsite medical check-up activities when required
• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
• Available to join as soon as possible

Location: Jakarta

Contract: 6 months

Schedule: Shift-based (Mon–Sun), 40 hours/week
