Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Skilled in candidate sourcing through social media platforms and job portals such as LinkedIn and JobStreet.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies.
- Proficient in using psychotest tools.
- Good understanding of HRIS systems.
- Proficient in using Google Suite.
- Accustomed to working with targets.
- Willingness to continuously improve self-development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening, Interpreting).
- Update manpower needs with respective user departments.
- Maintain candidate database & pipelines.
- Prepare and submit monthly recruitment reports.
