- S1 in any major from reputable university
- 5 years of working experience as recruiter / business development
- Min. 1 years experience in recruitment agency with proven track record
- Experience in sales with proven achievement
- Experience in B2B or consultancy company
- Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English
- Able to communicate in Mandarin would be a plus
- Experience in manage team
- Has sharp analytical skill and based on data for making decisions
- Ability to work independently
- Achiever and result-oriented
- Has can-do attitude
- Generate creative strategies to expose the brand and develop potential business opportunities to generate revenue to the company
- Build and grow the network to manage research team and generate more leads of potential clients
- Prepare proposals and job specifications after each business meeting and deliver the information clearly
- Grow and manage the team to achieve the target
- Deep analysis of client's requirements as well as help the team to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve staffing requirements of clients
- Manage potential pipelines and all demans are executed in timely manner
- Involved in negotiation between candidate and client in order to find a win win solution for both parties
- Conduct achievement report of the team each quarter
