Recruitment Supervisor (F&B Roti O, Beard Papa, New Brand)
Job Description :
• Lead and supervise the recruitment team in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower requirements across operational and supporting functions.
• Monitor recruitment progress, fulfillment, and SLA to ensure hiring targets are achieved.
• Manage sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, and recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for key positions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Identify recruitment challenges and develop improvement initiatives to optimize the hiring process.
• Coach and develop the recruitment team to improve productivity and performance.
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or high-volume recruitment.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Experienced in handling high-volume recruitment and multiple hiring requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work with targets, deadlines, and recruitment metrics.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
