JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap data bank pelamar, pelaksanaan recruitment, dan juga seleksi karyawan sampai ke pemenuhan karyawan secara kuantitas dan kualitas.
- Bekerjasama dengan pihak eksternal (instansi, sekolah, universitas, dll) untuk event recruitment & proses percepatan pemenuhan man power
JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
- Pendidikan S1 Psikologi
- Memiliki Pengalaman di Bidang Recruitment & Selection 1 - 2 Tahun
- Memiliki Pemahaman mengenai alat tes psikologi dan teknik interview
- Inisiative, proactive, fast paced & result oriented
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kebakkramat, Karangannyar
