Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Administer and facilitate psychological tests for candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate record.
- Prepare recruitment reports and support other HR activities as needed.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Computer literate, especially proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in administering or facilitating psychological assessments will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
