Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Handle high-volume recruitment and mass hiring projects.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with manager.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure recruitment targets and hiring timelines are achieved.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Specialist.
- Proven experience in mass hiring is required.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms and social media hiring tools.
- Hospitality or F&B recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English is preferred.
- Based in Bali and able to join immediately.
