Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
• Handle high-volume recruitment and mass hiring projects.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure recruitment targets and hiring timelines are achieved.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Specialist.
• Proven experience in mass hiring is required.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with recruitment platforms and social media hiring tools.
• Hospitality or F&B recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English is preferred.
• Based in Bali and able to join immediately.
