We help foreign companies build and retain high-performing teams in Indonesia through Employer of Record (EOR), recruitment, BPO and offshore team-building services. We are growing our in-house recruitment team to support an expanding portfolio of international clients.
Role Summary
As our Recruitment Specialist, you will own the full hiring cycle for MixWork’s clients, from the first client conversation to the candidate’s first day. Beyond sourcing and screening, you will represent MixWork in initial meetings and pitches, translating client needs into clear hiring plans and showing prospects how we deliver.
You will work closely with our Recruitment Lead and Head of Operations. You will also help shape how we recruit, using modern tools such as AI to make our workflow faster and more efficient than a traditional recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment: intake, job description, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer and onboarding handover
- Lead initial client meetings and support pitches: understand hiring needs, present MixWork’s recruitment approach and answer client questions confidently in English
- Build talent pipelines through SEEK (Jobstreet), Glints, LinkedIn, referrals and direct headhunting across tech, operations, sales and support roles
- Improve the recruitment workflow: find bottlenecks, simplify handovers and set up templates, automations and AI-assisted steps that make hiring faster, smoother and more consistent
- Assess candidates through structured interviews and scorecards, and write clear, client-ready candidate recommendations
- Manage client and candidate communication, including timelines, feedback, salary negotiation and offer closing
- Use AI and automation tools to speed up sourcing, screening, JD drafting and reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion and offer acceptance
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in an agency, RPO, EOR or fast-growing company
- Proven experience in client-facing conversations: intake meetings, presenting candidates, or supporting business pitches
- Fluent English, spoken and written, for daily work with international clients; fluent Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a confident, professional presence
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to new industries, roles and tools
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple roles at once

- Recruitment: headhunting, Boolean search, structured interviewing, salary benchmarking, offer negotiation
- Job Portals: hands-on with SEEK (Jobstreet), Glints and LinkedIn (including LinkedIn Recruiter), from job posting and optimisation to candidate search and outreach
- Client-facing: needs analysis, presenting, consultative selling
- Process & Workflow: mapping and improving hiring workflows, setting SLAs, reducing time-to-fill
- Tech & AI: confident with ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools; ATS and CRM systems; Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Ways of working: organised, data-driven, proactive follow-up
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for foreign or Singapore-based clients
- Exposure to EOR, BPO or offshore team-building models
- Basic understanding of Indonesian employment practices (PKWT, PKWTT, BPJS)
- Experience building simple automations or AI workflows for recruitment
