Deskripsi pekerjaan Recruitment Specialist PT COTG Sukses Makmur
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding for various positions across the organization.
- Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure vacancies are filled within the agreed timeline and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, candidate databases, employment offers, and recruitment reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment administration.
