Deskripsi pekerjaan Recruitment Specialist PT. Gaudi Dwi Laras
Responsibility :
- Ensure Manpower request submitted by users are in line with approved annual budget of Board of director
- Conduct the whole recruitment process and taking the initiative to find new ways to achieve recruitment targets
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, psychological test, selection & promotion process.
- Reviewing psychological examination result
- Innovative to do some better improvement in Recruitment team, such as developing our Sosmed, Visual job posting, etc
- Should have ability to supervise Recruitment team and maintan relationship with the other department

Technical Qualification :
- Having experience as Recruitment in Retail company is mandatory
- Preferably a candidate who has background in Human resource/Psychology or equivalent
- Familiar with end-to-end psychological assesment such as DISC, RPM, PAPIKOSTIK
- Having ability to posting company job vacancies on any social media such as jobstreet, linked-in, facebook, etc.
