SFS Group Indonesia is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Spencer's Indonesia (Placement in Surabaya, needed ASAP).

What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the human resources industry
HR who values interview depth and candidate quality, not quantity/mass hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and teams
Proficiency in using recruitment and applicant tracking systems
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
What you'll be doing
Handling end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, & onboarding)
Developing and implementing any effective strategies
Measuring the quality of each candidate on some of our main metrics
Monitoring and reporting on key recruitment metrics to optimize the process
Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively reaching out to passive job seekers
