Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen CVs and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates.
- Prepare candidate profiles and interview summaries.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool.
- Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, etc.).
- Must be domiciled in Bali.
- Available to join in September 2026.
