Jobs Description :
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel database.
Handle HR administrative tasks such as employment contracts, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
Prepare basic HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, and employee data.
Requirement :
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industry (vape/tobacco industry is a plus).
Strong knowledge of HR administration and attendance management.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
