Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
3. Experience in recruiting Mandarin and English speaking candidates is highly preferred
4. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Detail-oriented and target-driven
7. Immediate availability is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates based on hiring requirements
3. Recruit Mandarin and English speaking candidates according to company needs
4. Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely fulfillment
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements
6. Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation
7. Support other HR-related tasks as needed
