Bachelor’s degree from Psychology, Human Resource, or Management
Specific requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Recruiter, with a strong preference for backgrounds in garment or manufacturing industry
- Proven ability in manpower sourcing and end-to-end recruitment, alongside proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Proficient in basic design (Canva/video editor) & social media content
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, including a working level of English (both oral and written)
- Highly organized with strong time management, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed in Bantul, Yogyakarta
