Deskripsi pekerjaan Recruitment Officer (Area Jakarta) Indo HR

- Melakukan proses end-to-end recruitment untuk posisi lapangan (terutama Sales Executive/SPG/SPB) sesuai kebutuhan area

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional/store terkait kebutuhan tenaga kerja di masing-masing lokasi

- Menyusun strategi sourcing kandidat (job portal, sosial media, walk-in interview, dll)

- Melakukan screening CV, interview awal, hingga memastikan kandidat siap join

- Mengelola database kandidat dan pipeline hiring di area masing-masing

- Memastikan target pemenuhan manpower (hiring target) tercapai tepat waktu

- Monitoring performa kandidat baru selama masa awal kerja (probation)

- Menjalin relasi dengan pihak eksternal (sekolah, komunitas, dll) untuk kebutuhan talent pool

- Membuat laporan recruitment secara berkala (daily/weekly)
