Deskripsi pekerjaan Recruitment Officer (Area Gresik) Indo HR

1. Melaksanakan kegiatan sourcing / rekrutmen kandidat sesuai kebutuhan project.

2. Melakukan screening dan interview awal terhadap kandidat.

3. Memastikan pemenuhan target manpower sesuai Target dari Perusahaan.

4. Mengkoordinasikan proses jadwal interview dengan user / klien.

5. Mengawal proses kandidat dari rekrutmen sampai penempatan.

6. Melakukan monitoring kinerja tenaga kerja di area masing-masing.

7. Menyampaikan laporan aktivitas kepada Project Coordinator.

8. Memastikan administrasi kandidat lengkap sesuai SOP perusahaan.

Kualifikasi

1. Pria/Wanita Max 38 tahun

2. Pendidikan Min D3/S1 (SMA/K Wajib ada pengalaman outsource)

3. Memiliki pengalaman Rekruit Sales

4. Memiliki Laptop

5. Bersedia ditempatkan di area mana saja
