Deskripsi pekerjaan Recruitment Manager PT. Jiale Indonesia Textile
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience working in Recruitment at Manufacturing.
- Have strong knowledge about end to end recruitment process.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Able to speak mandarin is a plus.
- Strong cross-departmental coordination and communication skills.
- Strong business insight, in-depth understanding of the business of each department according to the company's development strategy.
- Ability to establish and improve the human resources management system, and promote and implement the system.
- Able to wok under pressure and fast learner.
- Willing to be place in Jepara - Central Java
