Key Responsibilities
- Translate workforce planning into actionable recruitment plans across multiple branches
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets efficiently
- Evaluate and optimize recruitment channels to improve candidate quality and hiring speed
- Establish partnerships with external stakeholders such as universities, training institutions, and job fair organizers
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines for operational and critical roles
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviews, background verification, and onboarding documentation
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment outcomes with business needs
- Prepare employment documentation (offer and employment agreements) within the assigned authority
- Track recruitment performance metrics and provide regular insights and reports
- Continuously review hiring processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity
- Must have experience as a human resources development in the recruitment field for at least 5 years in a similar institution, if there is no experience, the application will not be processed.
- Strong capability in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with data and recruitment performance metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate in English (basic to intermediate level)
- Experience handling high-volume or multi-location recruitment will be an advantage
