Recruitment Internship

Job Description:

1. Assist in the administration and execution of psychological tests (MBTI, DISC, Papikostik, Kraepelin/Pauli, Wartegg, etc.).
2. Schedule psychological test sessions and guide candidates throughout the testing process.
3. Perform basic scoring and interpretation of psychological test results as required.
4. Support CV screening and conduct initial candidate screening based on user requirements.
5. Document test results, compile candidate data, and prepare brief assessment reports.
6. Support other recruitment activities such as job posting, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
7. Collaborate with HR Recruiters to ensure a smooth selection process.

Qualifications:

1. Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology (preferred).
2. Familiar with basic psychological assessment tools such as MBTI, DISC, Papikostik, Wartegg, and Kraepelin/Pauli Test.
3. Able to perform basic scoring for several psychological tests (a plus).
4. Strong interest in HR, especially recruitment and assessment.
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in administrative tasks.
6. Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with candidates.
7. Willing to work onsite (Cikarang Selatan)
8. Willing to commit to an internship period of at least 3 months (longer is preferred).
