Job Description:
- Assist in the administration and execution of psychological tests (MBTI, DISC, Papikostik, Kraepelin/Pauli, Wartegg, etc.).
- Schedule psychological test sessions and guide candidates throughout the testing process.
- Perform basic scoring and interpretation of psychological test results as required.
- Support CV screening and conduct initial candidate screening based on user requirements.
- Document test results, compile candidate data, and prepare brief assessment reports.
- Support other recruitment activities such as job posting, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Collaborate with HR Recruiters to ensure a smooth selection process.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology (preferred).
- Familiar with basic psychological assessment tools such as MBTI, DISC, Papikostik, Wartegg, and Kraepelin/Pauli Test.
- Able to perform basic scoring for several psychological tests (a plus).
- Strong interest in HR, especially recruitment and assessment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in administrative tasks.
- Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with candidates.
- Willing to work onsite (Cikarang Selatan)
- Willing to commit to an internship period of at least 3 months (longer is preferred).
