- Actively participate in the recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, background checks, and talent engagement.
- Provide administrative support for all recruitment-related processes.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing hiring data to support decision-making.
- Contribute to and support various ongoing HR initiatives and projects.
✅ Requirements:
- Final semester student, preferably majoring in Psychology.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English is a must; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Agile, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to join immediately.
