We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who are interested in gaining practical experience in recruitment, people operations, and workplace development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and candidate screening processes
- Support interview scheduling and candidate coordination
- Help maintain employee and candidate records
- Assist in data collection, research, and administrative tasks
- Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
- Prepare reports, documentation, and other HR-related materials
- Collaborate with team members on various people and business projects
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in any field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is a plus
- Own laptop and able to work from our Bali office
- Have and can ride motorbike
